When is my food delivered?

How does the subscription work?

Your plan runs on a fixed daily schedule with a set menu — that's what lets us cook fresh, deliver on time, and keep every meal's macros and portions accurate. Pick a start date and your meals arrive daily for the duration of your plan.

Are the meals freshly cooked?

Absolutely. Every meal is cooked from scratch the night before delivery. We use no preservatives or reheated food.

How is the food packaged?

Your full day's meals arrive together in hygienic, food-safe, microwave-safe containers designed for safe storage and freshness. Refrigerate on arrival — the food stays fresh until you're ready to eat.

How do I reheat the meals?

Our containers are microwave-safe — 1–2 minutes does it. You can also warm the food on the stovetop or in a low oven.

What's on the menu? Do the meals repeat?

We run a rotating 10-day menu so you get real variety without decision fatigue. New plates come in every cycle, and every meal is calorie-counted and macro-balanced.

Do you offer nutrition or workout guidance?

Yes — a free phone consultation with our team before you start, plus basic workout guidance to complement your meal plan. It's goal-oriented support tailored to your lifestyle.

How are macros tracked?

Every meal is carefully planned with exact macros. You'll see calories, protein, carbs, and fat for every item on our menu.

Can I customise meals for allergies?

During sign-up you can list any allergies or dietary restrictions, and our kitchen will try to adapt your meals to the best of our abilities.

How do I pay?

We accept bKash, cash, and bank transfer. We don't accept credit cards.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Unfortunately we don't offer cancellations or refunds. That said, if you're unhappy with anything please reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
